As the order is placed, you commit and agree to buy the items described in that order, with the price chosen for it including any delivery fees/ taxes or duties where applicable.

57 may withhold in our sole discretion including reasons as ineligibility, inability to confirm payment authorization, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions and stock availability. Products in your cart are not reserved up until you make the payment for the order.

The Website may contain or provide information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be available immediately upon Order placement. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that an item stated to be available will actually be available right away, as inventory can change significantly throughout the day.

In rare cases, a product may be available when you place an Order but sold out by the time we process the Order. Should this happen, we will notify you.

An Invoice of your Order will be acknowledged by email. However the Order is only confirmed when you receive a notification from us confirming dispatch of the relevant item(s). No party other than us has the authority to confirm acceptance of the Order.

No Alterations to be made as the customer should provide their exact measurements upon placing the order.

Refunds to be made only within 24 hours if the item is damaged or a wrong order.

57 is not responsible for any fault or damage due to item misuse or care. Care instructions are provided and need to be followed to prevent item damage.

Car Instructions

Stain Treatment - Make sure to avoid stain solutions with bleach for coloured linen garments, since bleach can remove the colour out of the fabric and leave an unwanted light or orange spot.

Dry Naturally - Hang drying linen garments reduces their wrinkles and their general creasing, while tumble drying will make the garments shrink. To prevent shrinkage in the drying process, clothes should be air-dried and out of the sun if possible.

Wash Carefully - Nevertheless, we suggest that you machine wash your linen garments at 30°C (cold) or even that you hand wash for spot treatments.

Ironing or Streaming - If you do want to iron your linen garment, spray the garment with water 5-10 minutes before ironing. This will make the ironing much easier.

Redesigning Contract

Item must be returned within 6 - 8 months in a good condition. Any item before or after 6-8 months would not be accepted. We have the right to redesign only based on the condition of the fabric.

We may reject the redesigning method if the item/fabric was damaged. For redesigning - requests should be placed through email only.

If the email registered has been changed - we should be informed in order to proceed with the redesigning The customer has the right to keep the purchased item to themselves without returning back for redesigning.
